1. Sponsor. Utopia Candles & Beyond (“Sponsor”), Website: https://www.utopiacab.com/ 2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited. 3. Promotion Period. Begins 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on November 1, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 10, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device. 4. How to Enter. Limit one (1) total entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. • (A) Purchase Entry: Complete a purchase on Sponsor’s website during the Promotion Period. Each eligible order equals one (1) entry. Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are ineligible. • (B) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. • No-Purchase Entry (AMOE): During the Promotion Period, either (i) complete the online form at https://www.utopiacab.com/pages/amoe-sweepstake-form and by submitting this form you are agreeing to these Official Rules. • Duplicate or automated entries are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries. 5. Winner Selection & Odds. On or about December 15, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. 6. Prize (1). One (1) winner will receive four (4) quarterly shipments in 2026 consisting of curated Utopia Candles & Beyond products (each shipment Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $187.50; total ARV $750). Items in each shipment to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value if unavailable. Sponsor covers shipping to a U.S. address. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any other costs not specified. 7. Winner Notification/Verification. Potential winner will be notified at the email address provided and/or by phone within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and an IRS Form W-9 within five (5) days of notification. If required documents are not timely returned, if the potential winner is ineligible or cannot be contacted, or if the prize is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If total ARV equals or exceeds $600, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the 2026 tax year. 8. Prize Delivery. Quarterly shipments are currently scheduled to ship by March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 15, 2026. Sponsor will confirm shipping address and (if offered) preferred scent family prior to each shipment. 9. Publicity. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, where permitted by law. 10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. 11. Release & Limitations of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) lost/late mail; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property. 12. Disputes/Governing Law. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Texas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. 13. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.utopiacab.com/policies/privacy-policy and will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described therein. Winner Information. Upon request, Sponsor will provide the winner’s first name, last initial, and state via email at Support@utopiacab.com for 30 days after winner verification.
