Processing Time:

All orders will be processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 7 Business Days

Expedited Shipping: Estimated 2 to 5 Business Days

 

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs will vary based on the destination and the selected shipping method. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.

 

International Shipping:

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery. The customer is solely responsible for any additional charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

Delayed Shipments:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as extreme weather conditions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in delayed shipments. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

 

Delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:

We regret to inform you that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Order Cancellation and Changes:
